Progresso High Fiber Soups

A couple of weeks ago, I received a Progresso High Fiber Soup Prize Pack from Progresso and MyBlogSpark. I finally got a chance to try it one day at lunch, and was shocked at how yummy and filling it actually was. I tried the Chicken Tuscany, and was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was it 13grams of net carbs per serving, but it was also low in fat and calories. At 130 calories per serving and 3 grams of fat, you can't beat it for a healthy filling meal. There are four new, great tasting Progresso soups that have 28% of the recommended Daily Value of fiber per serving (7 grams) and have no added MSG* or artificial flavors. The new varieties include Chicken Tuscany, Creamy Tomato Basil, Hearty Vegetable and Noodles and Homestyle Minestrone. I would also love to try the Hearty Vegetable and Noodles. Did you know that the Progresso soups also tell you the Weight Watchers Points value right on the can?

If you would like to try the soup and earn a chance to win a Progresso High Fiber Soup Prize Pack, all you need to do is tell me what you do to incorporate more fiber into your diet. Hurry, because this contest will end on midnight December 10, 2009.

The prize pack also included a set of two huge soup mugs and two spoons and would make a great gift.
