Pre-screening of Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol in IMAX

Starting December 16th, a full five days before its North American premier, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol will be shown in a mind-blowing IMAX experience in 300 theatres across the country. Join Ethan Hunt and his team of rogue IMF agents, in this awesome spy adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. With 30-minutes of scenes shot with IMAX cameras, fans will be able to enjoy certain sequences of the movie in larger than life proportions. You will be right in the action as Ethan Hunt (played by Tom Cruise) scales the world´s tallest building; the Burk Khalifa Tower in Dubai, as this and other thrilling moments expand to fit the entire IMAX screen. As an added bonus, IMAX will offer the first previews of the upcoming Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises, prior to Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol.   Be sure to "Like" Imax on Facebook.

If you are a fan of the Mission: Impossible films then what better place to see this movie than in IMAX.  Plus, getting to see the first previews of the new Batman film would be great!  I had a chance to go see it last night, but due to other commitments I couldn't make it.

My Bloody Valentine

I went to see My Bloody Valentine last weekend with a group of my friends and I actually thought it was great. The movie was not overly gory and actually made me jump several times. When I got home that night, I had some minor nightmares but all in all it was a pretty good slasher movie. Is anyone else as ready for the new Friday the 13th movie as I am?

Gran Torino

Has anyone seen the new Clint Eastwood movie Gran Torino? I wanted to see it last weekend but the times that it was showing weren't really convenient. I am going to plan on seeing it this weekend though unless something happens that throws me off. I'm supposed to go to Titusville for a birthday party on Saturday and then work at the Manatee festival on Sunday, but I'm hoping that Sunday I can go to see it in Sanford or Deland.

Anyone seen The Women yet?

I would really like to see The Women, but the rating on it aren't that great. I think the cast is really great and I wouldn't think it could be bad but at $9.00 for a movie ticket I want to make sure I'm getting my money's worth.

I went to see Burn After Reading last night with my friends Niki and Steve and it was pretty good. It was really nice to see both George Clooney and Brad Pitt in roles that they wouldn't normally play. Brad Pitt was really hilarious, pretty much the highlight of the movie.
