I lost 3 pounds this week

I woke up this morning and was very happy to find that I have lost a total of 3 pounds this week. I thought it started kind of easy this week but by the end of the week I was really struggling trying to keep the junk food out of my diet. Plus, on Sunday of last week I cheated! Yes, I know. That's bad, bad, bad. I probably would lost another 1/2 a pound if it wouldn't have been for that. I'll have to remember that for this week..

Yay for you! I'm trying to exercise more and watch what I eat this summer--so far, so good! BTW, I posted a "funny" this morning that should give you a chuckle and lighten your mood!

Congrats!!!! I found you on the secret is in... Site. I am happy you lost the weight. I need to get my self motivated to do the same. I am always good for a week and then fall back into old habits. It is so not easy.

Way to go! I just found your site on tip junkie and I love it! I have several lbs to loose after just having my 4th girl! We can do it! Set one 10 lb goal at a time! You know what also helped me...I made a vision board and hung it right on my bedroom wall! I have to look at it every morning, and it has pictures of me when I was skinny, and a couple of other goals I have set for myself! It works great! Good luck to ya!

The ten pound goals really work. I am now working on my next ten pound goal and hopefully I will be able to lose a couple more by the end of The Summer Of Me contest. I am still really hoping that I meet my goal of 15 pounds. The Vision Board is great. I did one for myself but it has alot of things on it. Now I think I should do one just for my weight loss.

Don't beat yourself up, sometimes no matter how committed we are, we have to cheat just a little. Three pounds is great and you should be very proud of THAT part and not worrying about anything negative. That will kill that diet faster than anything else.

Thanks for all of the support that you have given me. It is tough to lose weight but it's knowing that you have people that can offer kind words that make it easier.
