I woke up this morning and was very happy to find that I have lost a total of 3 pounds this week. I thought it started kind of easy this week but by the end of the week I was really struggling trying to keep the junk food out of my diet. Plus, on Sunday of last week I cheated! Yes, I know. That's bad, bad, bad. I probably would lost another 1/2 a pound if it wouldn't have been for that. I'll have to remember that for this week..
