Sorry I commented on the mystery shopper blog. I did a mystery shop at a bank once. I got the job through a temp angency. It was interesting and kinda fun.

Thanks for the mystery shopper tips, I would definitely be interested in trying this out. I've never been a mystery shopper, but I've been on the receiving end of mystery shopping when I worked in food service in college. We would routinely have students evaluate the service and it was a great way to get honest feedback.
