I was so happy to get am invite from MyBlogSpark to review the new Yoplait Lactose Free yogurt, so I jumped at the chance to review and offer a giveaway item to one of my readers. I received it earlier this week and I was so excited to try it that I grabbed some while I was on one of my many banana buys this week. Apparently the people in Publix must think that I'm harboring monkeys at this point, but I'm not it's just that the hotel has been swamped and we go through a ton of bananas. Back to the main subject at hand though, I picked up some of the Strawberry Yoplait Lactose Free yogurt. I have always been a fan of Yoplait yogurt, and I wondered if they could pull off the lactose free version without losing that yummy, creamy taste that they are so famous for. Well, they more than pulled it off. I thought the Yoplait Lactose Free yogurt was just as good as the regular and lite versions and better still no tummy ache after eating it. I've often wondered if I was lactose intolerant because of frequent tummy aches and things after eating certain dairy products, so imagine my delight when I found out that they now offer a yogurt specifically for that reason. Have you always wondered if you are lactose intolerant? Here's a great link to a website that will help you discover the answer. Lactose Free comes in four delicious flavors – Strawberry, Peach, French Vanilla and Cherry – and contains 50% of the recommended Daily Value of calcium, with vitamins A and D in every cup. Lactose Free contains no artificial sweeteners and can be used in some of your favorite recipes – like chocolate crème brulee and strawberry cheesecake.
Here's a coupon for .30 off if you'd like to try it for yourself.
