Wanchai Ferry~A Great Alternative to Chinese Takeout

I'm a little late on posting this, but I honestly haven't been cooking at home as often as I should so I just got around to trying this. I received a package of the new Wanchai Ferry Beef and Broccoli dinner for two. I am one of those people that have significant food cravings and don't usually give in until I get what I want. I'm really trying to focus more on cooking at home and not eating out so much, so this was right up my alley. The Wanchai Ferry was easy to prepare(actually took less time than it would have taken for me to drive to and from the nearest Chinese takeout), and tasted great. The Wanchai Ferry Beef & Broccoli comes with tender beef strips, and an assortment of Asian-style vegetables, including broccoli florets, red peppers and water chestnuts. It even includes some awesome jasmine rice and a rich brown sauce accented with soy and garlic for an authentic flavor experience. I took a look at the website and was excited to find that they offer meal tips to accent your meal and make the most of it. For example, they recommend adding a Ginger Salad which was a great idea. I love Ginger dressing and it's fabulous with chinese food. I have a special coupon that you can use, to try this for yourself. In addition to the dinner that Wanchai Ferry sent to me, they also sent me a prize pack that included two oriental style tea cups and tea infusers along some great teas. The information, prize pack, and giveaway were all provided by Wanchai Ferry through MyBlogSpark.

Check out my pics of what I prepared.
