After a complete fiasco last week on the diet front, I am happy to say that I am sticking to my healthy diet however I still have not had the time to work out. Tonight I am leaving early so I will go straight to the gym on the way home and then I will work out again on Saturday and Sunday. I have lost weight this week but I will save the actual number for tomorrows weigh in. I will say that it does make up for last weeks gain.
