2. Watch my calorie and carbohydrate intake. Sample meals will include tuna or chicken salad, veggies, lean meats, apples, etc. For breakfast I will have Special K Red Berries or yogurt and fruit.
3. Limit myself to once a week for dining out and having alcohol. (Friday or Saturday night only)
4. Write in my daily food and exercise journal.
5. Take proper vitamins.
6. Drink at last 100 ounces of water each day.
I will be taking several measurements tomorrow morning and when I weigh in next Friday, I will report any changes with that as well.

Your weight loss goals seem to make a lot of sense, especially watching carbs and calories, and drinking lots of water. Best wishes.
