Alcohol Compliance Restaurant Shops for food for 2 people
Number of Shoppers:
Shopper can do the shop alone if he/she is between 21-27yrs old OR
shopper can bring 1 guest with them.
Requirements:
1. The Shopper (YOU) OR your Guest - must be between the ages of
21-27yrs old. (only ONE of you must be between this age group).
2. This person who is between the ages of 21-27yrs old must be willing
to ORDER one alcoholic drink to see if he/she is carded for alcohol
(you must at least order the drink, you can then take 1 sip from the
drink
and you do not have to finish the drink).
3. The shopper must pay for any extra expense which is not comped by
manager by using a credit card or debit card only. NO CASH. (this will
be
later reimbursed by NSG).
Scenarios:
See the type of shop we are advertising above. (Bar or Dine shop).
*Bar Shop:
If Shopping a BAR shop, the shopper will be sitting at the bar, on a
barstool (not a table in the bar), where the shopper will evaluate the
bartender. The shopper who is between the ages of 21-27yrs old will
order
an alcohol drink to see if he/she is carded for ID. The other shopper
(if applicable who is over 21yrs), will order 1 non alcoholic drink
and
both shoppers will each order 1 food item of their choice priced $9.00
or less in price.
Shoppers will reveal themselves when done to the manager and inform the
manager if the bartender passed (carded shopper) or failed (did not
card the shopper).
For restaurants located in the following States: (AL, CO, DC, IA, LA,
MI, MN, MS, ND, OR, PA, SD, TX, UT, WV, WY): The manager will comp
your
Alcoholic Drink, Food (listed above) and Non Alcoholic Drink. The
shopper will be responsible to pay for the 20% TIP of the total bill
which
will be later reimbursed by NSG.
For restaurants located in the following States: (AK, AZ, CA, CT, DE,
FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MD, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ,
NM,
NY, NC, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI): The manager will comp
your Food (listed above) and Non Alcoholic Drink. The shopper will be
responsible to pay for the Alcoholic Drink and the 20% TIP of the
total
bill which will be later reimbursed by NSG.
The bill must be paid for using credit card/debit card only for proof
of documentation. Any expenses that you pay within the cap limit will
be
reimbursed by NSG.
Other requirements of this shop include:
*No children, infants or other third parties are allowed.
*Shopper and/or guest must NOT be current and/or past employees of the
chain restaurant.
*Shopper and/or guest must not work for a competitor location
*Shopper and/or guest must not frequent the specific location as a
“regular customer” and/or must not know any employees who work at
the
location you are applying for and/or be known.
To Be Eligible:
Before we can assign you a shop, we must have the Identification on
file of the person who is between the ages of 21yrs old – 27yrs old
as
we must see proof of age.
We will need this person’s Driver’s License and/or State ID
submitted. We must be able to see the Person’s Name, Photograph and
Date of
Birth. All other personal information can be whited out.
