Mystery Shopping Education

Ok, so you want to Mystery Shop and you don't know where to start. First of all the links that I post in this blog are a great place to start. Well if you want to take it to the next level, you can join the Mystery Shopping Providers Association(MSPA). This is a great tool for finding the best Mystery Shopping companies as well as finding information on training that is needed for more elaborate shops. MSPA is holding their 5th annual conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. If you are anywhere near Pittsburgh I would highly recommend that you attend.
