Yard Sales and Baby Must Haves

I'm having a yard sale at my house tomorrow in an effort to further clean my house out and also raise some additional money for a crib mattress.  Trying to get approved for a baby and in order to do that, I need to show that I'm setup for one.  So, with that being said I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we gets lots of people shopping tomorrow because I really want to get rid of the extra stuff in my house so that I can make room for all of the new baby stuff that I will be needing.   So, if you are a mom tell me what baby items you just had to have.  I will give a mystery prize to the one of the people who comment with their baby must have.
