Book Review: Acheive in ! Transform your life in 5 minutes a day

I have a lot of goals for the New Year so when looking for ways to achieve them I decided to read up on some personal growth books.  This is one of the books that I read and I found it very helpful and very encouraging to know that I could accomplish my goals in as little as 5 minutes a day.  I love that the author completely maps out a way of achieving those goals in 5 easy steps as well.  I found this book very easy to follow and very helpful and would recommend it to anyone looking to make a change or accomplish some life goals.
