The time has come for me to start shopping for a new car. Currently, I have a 2005 Isuzu Ascender and it's less than 500 miles away from turning over to 100K. That wouldn't be so bad, but for the fact that it's starting to show it's age and drive it's age. It seems like once a week it shudders and dies as I'm sitting at a stoplight. Plus, with 2 babies it's hard to get them both in the vehicle at the same time because it's so tall that a 2 year old can't climb into it.
So this weekend, I will check out the local car dealerships and test drive a couple of vehicles that I'm interested in. The two cars that I'm most interested in are the Kia Optima and the Hyundai Sonata, however as an SUV driver I'm not so sure that I'm ready to go back to a sedan so I've been noticing the Kia Sorrento and the Hyundai Santa Fe. Both have great warranties, so I guess I will just have to see which one I like better. I'm not completely tied to those two brands, so if anyone has any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate some ideas.

A friend has the Kia SUV and loves it, I've been in it and it very comfortable. Hyundai has an SUV that is a 7 seater the Veracruz that I have also been in and really like it as well. If you keep adding kids your going to need one!
