My Blogoversary is in 23 Days and I wanted to get it started off right with a contest. As you all know, I am currently trying to lose weight in the Hot For The Holidays contest and I have been trying to focus on exercise. One of the things that has helped out tremendously is having a pedometer so that I know exactly what I am walking. So, I will be giving away a Mini Calorie Pedomter. Not only does this one count steps but it counts the calories burned, and I think that's important to know. I think you just might be surprised by how little or how much you are actually walking. I have to say that I was completely shocked by how little I was walking.

Oh my! I was just thinking yesterday that I needed to get one of these bad boys! I am starting to train for a race in June and also just to get rid of some extra flab! Hot for the Holidays is a great idea!! Thanks!
No marathon for me! I've just started to up my daily walking routine, since my daughter will tolerate sitting in the stroller longer. I have been wanting a pedometer so I can gradually increase my daily steps and distance!

I've always wanted one of these just to see how much I am actually walking. Walking is my favorite exercise, but I hate going by myself. I think this would motivate me to walk 10,000 steps or whatever it is that they recommend :)
With Annivesaries, Birthdays, and the Holidays coming this would be very helpful in ensuring that I am walking off all the calories I consume. I think this is a great giveaway.
I think walking is the easiest way to get started moving and part of the fun of having a pedometer would be to challenge myself every day with a certain goal number of steps and increase it by a little bit all the time.

I totally need this! I've been trying to walk a lot lately. I was in a car accident just over a month ago and injured my foot and I'm trying to rehabilitate it.
I need this because I'm trying to work out, lose weight, and get healthy.
