Apparently exercise and lots of it, really makes a difference when it comes to weight loss. This week my weight loss was 4.8 pounds!!! I made a lot of changes this week but the biggest one was working out at least once every day, but sometimes twice. I also think that the reason that I had such a low weight loss last week was because I was holding water from TOM. I have been alternating my workout sessions between walking, exercise videos and WII Fit. I have also been concentrating on drinking at least 100 ounces of water. That one has been a bit of a struggle but I'm getting close every day, so it's definitely more than I have been drinking in the past. I have also been staying away from the restaurants so lets hope that continues.
