I lost 4.8 pounds!!!

Apparently exercise and lots of it, really makes a difference when it comes to weight loss. This week my weight loss was 4.8 pounds!!! I made a lot of changes this week but the biggest one was working out at least once every day, but sometimes twice. I also think that the reason that I had such a low weight loss last week was because I was holding water from TOM. I have been alternating my workout sessions between walking, exercise videos and WII Fit. I have also been concentrating on drinking at least 100 ounces of water. That one has been a bit of a struggle but I'm getting close every day, so it's definitely more than I have been drinking in the past. I have also been staying away from the restaurants so lets hope that continues.

Woo hoo! Congrats on the weight loss! The exercise part is where I'm struggling. I'm still losing but not as much as if I would get my butt moving!

That is SUPER awesome!!

I lost two pounds this week, and I have been bicycling whenever I get the chance. It's hard with two little ones, but I'm getting there... slowly but surely!

wowee! that's a great week!!! dontcha love the wii fit? I finally got one, i am OBSESSED! it helps me work out twice a day!!!! (you'd think i'd have posted a bigger loss because of it, hrumph.) anyway, way to go! it's a lot of work but it doesn't have to totally suck! hahahaha

The Wii fit is great because it does make it easier to work out twice a day. For some reason, it just seems easier than regular exercise. Maybe it's all in my head. lol
