If you need an Eye Exam and a new pair of glasses, then this shop is
for you! The shop is reimbursing you up to $70 for a Basic Eye Exam.
* The shop requires an eye exam AND a purchase for prescription glasses
(lenses & frames) - or prescription Sunglasses from Pearl Vision.
*The person getting the eye exam and making the purchase for
prescription glasses for this assignment must need/wear prescription glasses.
*Ready-made Reader Glasses and non-prescription sunglasses CANNOT be
purchased for this assignment.
*Shopper must make an appointment phone call as part of the evaluation.
*At some point while looking at frames and/or lenses for the glasses
the shopper or person interested in the glasses MUST state a concern(s)
or objection(s) about the frames or lenses. The objection MUST be
directed to the associate, not another person with you during the visit. It
can be any type of concern or objection such as; fit, style, color,
shape, etc. BUT must be about the frames and/or lenses for the glasses, NOT
contact lenses.
* Shopper will be reimbursed UP TO $70 for the cost of the required
BASIC eye exam for this assignment. If you get an extensive eye exam you
will only be reimbursed for the cost of the Basic Eye Exam. Shopper
would then be responsible for any extras NOT included in a BASIC eye exam.
*The required eyeglass purchase is NOT reimbursed, the shopper MUST pay
for that on their own.
*EyeNet Discount rate sheet can be downloaded to use from your report.
*You may use your Vision insurance for the Exam. If you do, you are
only reimbursed for the out-of-pocket expense/co-pay you pay that your
insurance does not cover.
*You may use any Pearl Vision sales specials, Vision insurance, AAA
discounts or any other discounts that you can find to help reduce your
cost of the prescription glass purchase.
You must meet the following qualifications to apply for this shop:
