It's official! We are going to be having a Weight Loss Challenge starting January 1st. Then once you are a member, you can type in the URL to our Sparkteam. http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_individual.asp?gid=54471 Over the next couple of days, I will be posting the rules and guidelines. I think sparkpeople is the best way to handle this because it will allow us to keep track of everything all in one place. Let me know your thoughts. Promote, promote, promote. The more team members we have, the more sponsors we will be able to get for PRIZES. :)
