Well, the results are in for my HFH weight loss this week. I stayed the same as last week, but I'm actually pretty happy about that. At least I didn't gain. I've cut out all white flour from diet and I'm eating only things with whole grains. It seems to have made a big difference. Next week I will kick things up a notch and try to exercise more so that I can get my weight down a little more for the Holidays.
