Who watched Biggest Loser last night?

I did... I was a little upset to see Jerry go home because I thought that he needed to be there to accomplish his weight loss. I couldn't have been more wrong. When they did the update on him, I was shocked and totally inspired by how much he had lost. He lost 70 pounds and is now walking 1.5 miles a day. In the back of my mind, I was thinking that if this older, unhealthy guy can lose 70 pounds in 4 month, why can't I? I know that may sound bad, but I don't mean it that way at all. I've been up since about 3:30am, and I think that is part of the reason that I couldn't sleep. My mind is just racing with the fact that I have now been trying to lose weight since The Summer of Me which was in June and it is now October and I have had so many stops and starts that I am still really no further along. I still can't walk more than a mile, I still can't work out for more than 30-35 minutes, and I still need to lose 100 pounds.

How do you feel after watching Biggest Loser? Are you inspired or discouraged? I have to say, this week I'm a little bit of both. I guess that means that I just need to push myself even harder. I don't have a Jillian or a Bob to push me when I want to quit or things get too tough, hell I don't have anyone to really push me. My friends are not a good influence when it comes to losing weight and my parents are too far away, so the only one that I have to rely on is me. I just have to think that if Jerry can lose 70 pounds with a busted hamstring and numerous health problems then I can too.

I LOVE the Biggest Loser! I was so sad to see him go but the him in the "after" part was great. He looked SO good! It does somewhat motivate me to get moving but I unfortunately need more than a tv show to get me off the couch!

I love the Biggest Loser. It makes me feel very motivate. I was sorry Jerry went home too but it was great to see his update. All the people on that show amaze me and I constantly wish I could train with Bob or Jillian.
