While I don't think this is the diet for me, there are some people who could benefit from the baby food diet. For those of you who hate counting calories and keeping track of portions, this might be a good option. The book is well put together and clearly outlines the baby diet as well as gives the reader a basic overview of nutrition and calorie restrictive dieting. I thought this was a very comprehensive book and would recommend for anyone who is serious about losing weight but needing a very regimented diet.
