One Stop Shopping

Recently, I have tried to focus on renting my meeting rooms at the hotel for all kinds of events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, baby showers, and much more. With our corporate business being down so far, the need to branch out has become more evident. We recently held a birthday party for a 15 year old girl, otherwise known as a Quinenera. The parents had everything beautifully decorated and the kids really seemed to enjoy themselves. Last year there was a birthday party for a little girl who had some serious disabilities. When she was born, the doctors didn't expect her or her mother to live so for them every year was a blessing. The mother came up with this great idea to do a Hollywood style birthday party with a red carpet, awards, and all kinds of Hollywood decorations. The room was so cute and so well done that it will forever be in my mind. To this day, I still wonder how the little girl is doing.
