HFH Show and Tell

Ok, I still struggle every week but some of the things that keep me going are:

Watching biggest loser (it is so motivating to me)
Dancing with the Stars Cardio DVD
Wii Fit(love it because it doesn't make me feel like I'm working out)

My favorite low everything recipe is: Chicken Breast baked in the over with Enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkled with a little Mexican Style cheese. It is so yummy and low in everything.

My husband and I want to get a Wii Fit so bad! We haven't been able to find one yet.

ooh! that sounds great! i usually make enchiladas with whole wheat tortillas, but i could nix the tortillas and bake the chicken, that would be yummy! great idea! (it's almost too easy!) great job on the loss this week! woohoo!

Biggest Loser actually motivates me too. I think if those guys can do it, so can I. I am glad to hear you like the Dancing with the Stars DVD. I purchased it, but have not tried it yet. Maybe I should do that!
